Although I can't say much about art, since I more a writer, I can sure see something exceptional.

This so much reminds me of "The Company of Wolves.". There too we have a Little Red Riding Hood but in a completely different picture. What you have captured here is realy good. Both the dark background which creates the gloomy nature of the picture and the persona. Most would assume something more positive while here you knock down the "Good" character turning her into something different. The game of words is quiet obvious but it matches.

Although I know it might be difficult, but did you think of perhaps adding a wolf in between the trees? A shadowy figure with a pair of glaring, blood hungry eyes.

Anyways that is all from me. Great job, now all we need is a movie to the poster. Cheers.
